I have been a Simply Music Teacher for 4 years and I am so grateful to have been in Robins mastermind group since the beginning of my journey. It has been an unwavering support at a time when I had just finished my initial training.

With this support, I grew my studio to 80 students. I believe this would not have happened without being part of this mastermind group. I was a new teacher and there were many moments of overwhelm and Robin has an incredible ability to leave you feeling heard, supported without criticism and was always available on the other end of the phone on many an occasion with tonnes of advice from her years of experience.

Being part of a group of like-minded teachers with varied levels of experience is invaluable. It is so much more than a mastermind group it’s a friendship that I have formed with Robin and all the members of the group that I never anticipated.

The success of the past 4 years lays heavily on this support and I would highly recommend joining if you want to grow your studio and learn from like minded teachers, feel supported and part of a community and get the most success out of your studio. It’s an investment in yourself and your business and I would not want to be without it.

I've been a member of Robin's Mastermind for a year now and I cannot recommend it enough. The support, advice, and insight she has given me have helped me grow my business,  overcome challenges, put together proposals and presentations as well as implement systems and key members of staff and management that now, I couldn't imagine life without. 

My weekly check-ins with her have been comforting and something I always look forward to. It  helps me stay on track and accountable.  

The people I've met through Mastermind and the network around the globe has been so beautiful.  I feel so close with these people despite the time zones and different cities. They have made me  feel like I'm not alone on this journey as it's so hard to find likeminded beings who are also in our  line of work (that aren't competitors) to bounce ideas off of.  

Honestly, we didn't see each other for 4 weeks once and it felt unnatural - that is how much I've  enjoyed the fortnightly meetings and how close we have all become. 

Working with Robin is one of the highlights of my professional life! I have been privileged to have been in her Ideal Studio Mastery Mastermind, done on one coaching with her, and taken various workshops. Robin has a unique way to get to the heart of the matter. She has helped me to discover clarity in my purpose, all the while honoring who I am and coaching me to be the best version of myself.

I joined Robin’s mastermind last year. I was going through a transition of moving my in-person students to a different location and valued the support I received during this time. Robin has so much experience managing both music and dance studios and has always had an answer to those niggling questions I have had over the years. Consequently I have been able to streamline many things in my studio making me a more productive and efficient teacher. You won’t regret joining Robin’s mastermind and also benefiting from her wealth of wisdom.

First thing I should say is that I’m not a ‘Group’ person, nor am I “Type A”, goal-oriented or in need of community and support. Or at least that is how I felt when I joined Mastermind.

Seven years later and I can’t imagine where I would be without the collaboration, friendship, and community that I have found in Mastermind. Robin is a powerhouse support system. Her knowledge of Simply Music as a teacher is extensive and her wealth of skills in marketing, branding, business, and interpersonal dynamics make her a uniquely powerful coach. No matter what the problem or creative challenge - personal or professional - Robin and the talented teachers in Mastermind step up to provide solutions and ongoing support. My time with the group has elevated me to become a more creative and engaged teacher, a more focused business owner, and a more optimistic and motivated human.

I thought the purpose of Mastermind was to teach me how to run the business I have. What I didn’t realize is that it would teach me to create the studio I want! And if you can do that with your business, you can do that with your life.

I have been part of the mastermind since last year and it has been fabulous on so many levels.

Spending time with like-minded and similarly experienced individuals—music teachers and business owners—has been incredibly rewarding.

The group sharing, accountability for our goals, and the friendships formed, even though some of us have only met virtually, have been invaluable.

The support for my business growth, through weekly and monthly check-ins and masterminds, has been outstanding. Thank you so much, Robin, and thank you to all the participants!

I don't even want to try to imagine where I would be if I hadn't joined Robin's mastermind group 8 years ago. The longer I participate, the more valuable it becomes. My confidence as a teacher is at a completely different level thanks to my mastermind group.

Robin is a consummate group leader. While our focus is on professional growth, there is a deep understanding that personal and professional are inextricably linked and group members are free to bring any topic to the group.

I took the Improv & Comp workshop with Robin, and it opened up a new world! I come from a traditional background so I have always felt a bit intimidated and overwhelmed by the Comp & Improv streams.

Robin helped me see how easy, accessible, and fun it could be for me and my students. She gave me lots of practical tips, tricks, and assignments.

She helped me transform something daunting into something doable.  My students and I have all made such huge strides!
